How do I create a profile?
Use the Register flow and complete all profile sections including partner preferences. Profiles become visible after required checks.
How long does profile approval take?
Profile approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Our team manually reviews each profile to ensure quality and authenticity. You will receive an email notification once approved.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We take privacy very seriously. Your contact information is never shared without your explicit consent. Only after you accept an interest will contact details be exchanged.
How does matching score work?
Matching score combines configured weights such as age, location, sampradaya, education, diet, and other profile alignment factors.
Can I change my profile after approval?
Yes, you can update profile fields anytime from your profile page. Major changes may require re-approval by admin.
What happens if my profile is inactive for 45 days?
Profiles can be auto-deactivated after extended inactivity. You can reactivate by logging in again.
